All order to be collected from Ashford (TN24) on the 8th or 9th of March, collection will be arranged via email. 
PLEASE NOTE: ALL CUPCAKE ORDERS ARE COLLECTION OR LOCAL DELIVERY ONLINE. Cupcakes can not be sent via postal delivery, if you select this option at checkout your order will be cancelled as they just don’t post very well.

Whilst I will do what I can to ensure orders arrive in time, I am not liable for late deliveries as couriers can be delayed due to other factors. 
Whilst every care is taken to ensure that orders arrive in the same condition they left in, I can not guarantee they won’t arrive damaged. All orders are thoroughly packaged to prevent damage occurring but unfortunately there is always a risk of damage when posting treats out. Couriers do not cover damage to food items for this reason. Should your order arrive damaged please get in touch as soon as possible. Any refunds issued will be minus shipping fees as this is an external cost. By placing your order you accept that there is a risk of damage to your order when in transit.
