Drip cakes are very popular and I love making them! Covered in ganache and topped with a mountain of chocolates and sweets with chocolate oozing down the sides, they are delicious and eye catching and can be completely personalised. I can use white, milk or dark chocolate and include all of your favourite sweet treats and chocolates including macaroons, meringues, Ferraro Roche, Oreo, chocolate buttons, maltesers, lollipops, marshmallows, jazzies, 100's and 1000's...the list goes on!
