Whilst I will do everything I can to ensure your order arrives in time, I can not make any guarantees as the courier can be delayed due to adverse weather conditions and other factors. Whilst every care is taken to ensure that orders arrive in the same condition they left in, I can not guarantee they won’t arrive damaged. All orders are thoroughly packaged to prevent damage occurring but unfortunately there is always a risk of damage when posting treats out. Couriers do not cover damage to food items for this reason. Should your order arrive damaged please get in touch as soon as possible. Any refunds issued will be minus shipping fees as this is an external cost.
